LUXURY CONCIERGE NETWORK is a concierge organization based in Miami, FL dedicated to offering support and resources to a network of residential concierge members from luxury and semi-luxury properties. With over 145 members from over 66 luxury and semi-luxury condos, LCN offers tools, educational programs, networking opportunities and access to valuable partnerships. Our objective is to support and empower residential concierges, while helping them to receive the acknowledgement and recognition they deserve as valuable members of the local community.

As a result of interacting with concierges and managers from different residential high-rises, while conducting an extensive research, we realized that there was an opportunity to integrate technology, concierge services and lifestyle partnerships to elevate the experience of residents. LC CONNECT was developed thanks to the feedback and imput of outstanding residential concierges and managers, and today we offer a comprehensive platform to some of the best residential properties.

Our ultimate goal is to provide a service that will make people’s lives easier and more enjoyable; we are in the business of making people happy. Either if it’s a concierge, a manager or a resident, we aim to positively impacting communities and their residents.
